President Ann Wrobbel called the Village Council to order at 4:30pm

Pledge to the flag was cited

Roll Call: Ann Wrobbel-present, Kim Wernette-present, Colleen Beemer-present, Alice Ray-present (speaker phone), Melissa Lazzaro-present

Alice Ray present on speaker phone from Rehab Center in Grand Rapids, MI

Kim Wernette made a motion seconded by Alice Ray to set the millage rate for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 @ 6.5 mills, and accept the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget as set forth and posted, roll call-Kim Wernette-yes, Ann Wrobbel-yes, Alice Ray-yes, Colleen Beemer-absent, motion passes

Kim Wernette made a motion seconded by Ann Wrobbel for Council to attend current Special Meeting, March 27, 2025, at no charge to the Village of Mecosta, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Ann Wrobbel made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kim Wernette, all ayes, motion passes.
