President Ann Wrobbel called the Village Council to order at 6:00pm
Pledge to the flag was cited
Roll Call: Ann Wrobbel-present, Kim Wernette-present, Colleen Beemer-present, Alice Ray-present, Melissa Lazzaro-present, Spencer Brown-absent
Kin Wernette made a motion seconded by Colleen Beemer to purchase a 1999 New Holland with brush hog and extra mower, not to exceed $19,000, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Alice Ray made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kim Wernette, all ayes, motion passes.
